Community members will be remembering the eleven men who were lost, reflecting on the grave impact on the people and environment of the Gulf coast, and calling for additional actions to help build a better future for Grand Isle. In the few past weeks, fresh oil sheens have appeared off the waters of Grand Isle, underscoring the need for decision-makers to prevent future oil spill disasters in the Gulf. Support the local community and learn about ways to get involved and to ensure a swift and complete recovery.
